AO2 Training Camp — Parsippany, NJ

February 7–8 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

This two-day Olympic weightlifting training camp is designed for athletes preparing for AO2 (Ohio) who want focused coaching, clear technical feedback, and intentional sessions that actually transfer to the platform.

You’ll work through structured training sessions that emphasize:

  • Technical efficiency under load

  • Smart strength and primer work

  • A controlled max-out environment

  • Video review and performance analysis

Camp Schedule Overview

Day 1:

  • 10:00-10:20 Intro

  • 10:20-10:45 Warm up

  • 10:45-12:15 Workout 1 Technical Work/ Strength

  • 12:15-1:15 Lunch - Catered

  • 1:15-1:45 Review Morning and Warm up

  • 1:45-3:00 Workout 2 Primer Session

Day 2: Performance & Analysis

  • 10:00-10:20 introduction on the day

  • 10:20-10:45 Warm up

  • 10:45-12:45 Workout 3 Max Out Session

  • 12:45-1:45 Lunch - Catered

  • 1:45-3:00 Video Review and Analysis
