Dan Dodd

Daniel Dodd is the founder and head coach of TriState Barbell and has been coaching weightlifting and strength athletes for over ten years. Holding a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a career as a Physical Education teacher, he blends advanced academic knowledge with hands-on coaching expertise to develop athletes of all levels. Daniel has competed nationally and internationally, earning a gold medal on the international stage. His work emphasizes not only high performance and technical mastery, but also mindfulness, resilience, and confidence as essential drivers of long-term success in both sport and life.

Stephen Neer & Jessica Colucci (Lukin Center)

Stephen and Jessica areLicensed Professional Counselors and the Psychotherapist and Director of Sports Performance at Lukin Center for Psychotherapy. They have competed in the following events: 2022 CrossFit Games Semifinals Athlete (Atlas Games), 4x USA Weightlifting Nationals Qualifier, 3x Marathon Runner (Fort Worth 2022, Marine Corps 2024, NYC 2024), 6x YMCA Swimming Nationals Athlete, Captain Northeastern Swimming and Diving (2015), 2x Marathon Runner (Fort Worth 2022, Boston 2024)

Robert Dodd & Leah Sackmary-Dodd

Robert and Leah combine decades of professional and teaching experience with a passion for mindfulness in performance. Robert, a consultant and adjunct instructor with a background in investigations and university teaching, brings unique insight into focus, clarity, and resilience under pressure. Leah, holding both BA and MA degrees in Special Education and over 30 years as a teacher, consultant, and professor, specializes in evidence-based strategies that build confidence and success. Together, they help athletes use mindfulness to enter the Zone, strengthen resilience, and unlock their true performance potential.
