TRISTATE TRAINING SEMINAR

Our exciting seminars mix Weightlifting and barbell cycling. TriState Training's unique seminar focuses on Olympic Weightlifting movements (Snatch & Clean and Jerk) as well as incorporating Crossfit barbell movements. The morning portion focuses on the mindset of one rep max lifts and will proceed into working on technique and form of those lifts. After lunch we will then get into barbell cycling as well as breathing techniques. Although this is the template, gyms can choose how they would like to structure their seminar.  We look forward to setting our next event up with you!
