There’s nothing like coming off a big event like States. The energy, the competition, the feeling of putting months of hard work on the platform — it’s one of the best parts of being in this sport. But what comes after is just as important.
Right now is when we reset. It’s when we start looking at the next set of goals, and we start the process of building toward something bigger. Whether you’ve been with us for years or you’re brand new to Tri-State, this next training block is the perfect opportunity to start fresh.
Our new block kicks off on today October 27th, and the focus is simple: get strong again.
There aren’t many times in a training year where you get to rebuild from the ground up, but this is one of them. This is where we reestablish our base, sharpen our focus, and get ready for what’s ahead.
What It Means to Start with Tri-State
If you’re new to Tri-State, you’re not just joining a program — you’re joining a team.
From day one, you’ll be working with a coach who’s fully invested in your progress. Every athlete gets assigned a personal coach, but behind that one coach stands our full six-coach staff, working together to make sure you’re supported in every aspect of your training.
In your first week, you’ll receive:
📹 Movement analysis — to see where you’re at and how you move
📋 Custom programming or team plan — designed to fit your current level

🎯 Goal-setting sessions — so you know exactly what we’re working toward
